Job Description

The Singapore Population Health Studies (SPHS) is a population-based health research initiative at the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore. SPHS aims to investigate the interactions between lifestyle, physiological, genetic and other omics biomarkers and their impact on health and longevity. In addition, SPHS will serve as a platform to monitor risk factors in the population and gain insight into determinants of health-related behaviours. For this purpose, SPHS includes over 50,000 adult Singaporeans and long-term residents from three major ethnic groups (Chinese, Malay, and Indian), for a better understanding of disease aetiology in urban Asian settings, and the development of improved preventive and therapeutic measures for Singapore and other Asian populations.

JOB PURPOSE
This role primarily involves the recruitment and data collection activities of the research projects under the SPHS unit that will contribute towards the building of a population health research biobank for Singapore.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Take consent from research participants before performing any research procedures
2. Perform basic assessments that include measurements of blood pressure and visual acuity, fundus photography etc. and enter data into the correct electronic form via a tablet. Keep to a turnaround time of 8-10min per participant.
3. Perform spirometry and keep to a turnaround time of 10-15min per participant.
4. Minimise the waiting of participants by directing them to next most available test station.
5. Encourage participants to perform procedures to meet the required standards to ensure that the data output is good to use for research.
6. Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
7. Account for the inventory levels of consumables.
8. Conduct/undergo in periodic re-assessment of techniques to maintain consistency of image and data acquisition for standardisation
9. Ensure the safety and protect the privacy of research participants by adhering to best practices.
10. Perform data entry and data checks.

Qualifications

1. A background in biomedical science, optometry or nursing is preferred

Main Responsibilities:

• Grow the fire pump portfolio

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
• Minimum ITE in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Have knowledge of fire pumps and related systems is preferred
• Possess class 3 driving license

Community Outreach Team (CREST), serves as a community safety network for people with or at-risk of mental health conditions, including dementia, and their caregivers. CREST conducts outreach events to increase mental health awareness and targeted case finding to identify those with mental health needs.

CREST works with clients aged 18 years and above.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Group Supervisor, the Programme Coordinator/Social Work Associate works closely with the team to serve clients and caregivers.

• Assist to plan, coordinate and execute outreach activities to educate the public, seniors and partner stakeholders on dementia and mental health awareness.
• Assessment and review information and referral service and monitoring of clients with mental health needs, and dementia.
• Networking with community partners.

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma required for Program Coordinators. Diploma in Social Work will be preferred for Social Work Associates.
• IT literate.
• Good communication and social skills to work with different people.
• Pleasant personality.
• Team player, yet independent to carry out most functions.
• Strong interest in empowering and preserving the dignity of people at-risk or with mental health conditions including dementia.
• Able to converse in dialects preferred.

Experience in drawing precast product;

· To monitor and advice on precast production schedule;

· To coordinate with consultant on technical requirements;

· Attending coordination meetings;

· To coordinate with precast yard on technical details and assistance;

· Other work related precast coordination.

Requirements

· Degree / Diploma in civil engineering or its equivalent

· Min 08 years working experience

· Professional attitude and appearance

· Solid written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

You will take responsibility for CEIT and roadshows, ensuring that overall sales revenue and profitability targets for all concept shops are met.

Job Responsibilities:

• Grow the company's customer base through new customer acquisition and maintain existing customer relationships by providing excellent customer service.
• Manage customer inquiries, provide quotes, and assist customers with any sales-related issues or concerns, including payment-related inquiries.
• Visit existing and potential customers to gather information on market conditions, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
• Gather and analyze sales data, prepare weekly reports on sales activities and customer visits, and create sales forecasts reports with the aim of encouraging repeat purchases.
• Perform all assigned duties as well as additional ad-hoc duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in selling electronic or telecommunication products through retail channels or relevant experience.
• Must own a vehicle.
