What you will do:

• Responsible for managing Foam Agent and Foam Hardware demand creation and sales activities in South East Asia, reporting to the Territory Sales Manager, Asia.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identifying and prospecting potential clients in Singapore that interested in advertising opportunities.
• Securing appointments, offline and online sales activities planning and sales forecasting.
• Creating and delivering persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and foster long-term partnerships.
• Ability to conduct offline and online sales market research to understand the Singapore market, competitors and provide insights to clients.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and management of advertising campaigns.
• Addressing client inquiries, concerns,and requests promptly.
• Meeting or exceeding offline and online sales targets and revenue goals set by the organization.
• Generating and sharing weekly sales reports to team leader, updating on sales activities and sales figures.
• Strong in PowerPoint presentation and preparing proposals.
• Conduct offline and online market research and establish selling prices by forecasting and tracking market trends
• Able to arrange offline and online sales marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Develop potential sales and businesses plan to achieve
• Track sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Liaise with clients on project details, design concepts and requirements
• Manage client’s expectations on projects, events or exhibition
• Prepare budget and cost management for tender submission or quotation for client's review
• Brief designers on concepts and specification requirements of clients project
• Meetings and liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and any other parties involved to deliver project based on client’s requirements
• Assist Operations to resolve operational issues related to projects
• Submit relevant documents to Landlord, building management and/or relevant authority in a timely manner
• Inspect off-site fabrication and on-site installation
• Ensure project is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree/Diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in event / project management
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A team player and able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
