• Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
• Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
• Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
• Suggest sales process improvements

Requirements

• Proven work experience is advantage
• Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems is advantage
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
• In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Teamwork and motivational skills
• No experience required, training will be provided

Responsibilities:
Create and review quotation specifications, and request technical advice quotations.
Follow up on projects with distributors, negotiating prices, terms, and specifications as needed.
Manage credit applications and revisions.
Compile project information for targeted projects, tracking purchase orders and sales orders.
Generate monthly reports on sales inquiries and market demands, and prepare documents for annual meetings.

Requirements:

Diploma & above

Prior Sales Coordinator Exp will be a plus.

Proficient in MS Office.
Open to international travel for meetings.
