Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop and manage accounts to achieve sales targets

Prerequisites:

• Build, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships with business partners, including academic and public institutions, hospitals, major clinic chains, pharmacies, dealers, and agents.

Qualifications:

• Strong network in the medical device and pharmaceutical business.
• A Bachelor Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience (others are welcome to apply).
• Familiarity with in vitro diagnostic products such as lateral flow immunoassay, PCR, and Immunoassay.
• Understanding of IVD product development and commercialization lifecycle.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and timely communication.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Preferred majors: biology, medicine, laboratory science, immunology, pharmacy, or quality engineering.

Main duties

As our next Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Handle priority support tickets from customers who qualify for premium support. 
• Manage billing questions, review pending orders and specific customers requests in regards to their subscriptions. 
• Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
• Assist channel partners and provisioning of licenses
• Have extensive knowledge of our products and stay in the loop with all updates. Both the platform and the app as well as any additional paid features. 
• Provide information to the product teams on possible improvements based upon customer feedback.
• Contact with customers will primarily occur via email, but video and phone support might be required. 
• Collaborate with account managers, stay updated on product launches, and suggest sales process improvements.
