Programme Coordinator/Social Work Associate (CREST)

Community Outreach Team (CREST), serves as a community safety network for people with or at-risk of mental health conditions, including dementia, and their caregivers. CREST conducts outreach events to increase mental health awareness and targeted case finding to identify those with mental health needs.

CREST works with clients aged 18 years and above.

Reporting to the Group Supervisor, the Programme Coordinator/Social Work Associate works closely with the team to serve clients and caregivers.

• Assist to plan, coordinate and execute outreach activities to educate the public, seniors and partner stakeholders on dementia and mental health awareness.
• Assessment and review information and referral service and monitoring of clients with mental health needs, and dementia.

Technical Competencies:

• Diploma required for Program Coordinators. Diploma in Social Work will be preferred for Social Work Associates.

As the Digital Co-ordinator, you will support the Digital Marketing Team in building brand awareness and incremental growth for COS online and in store in the APAC region.
You will focus on acquiring new customers through multiple online channels regionally across owned, earned and paid media such as paid search, paid social, programmatic and affiliate marketing.

What you will do:

• Collaborate within the Regional Digital Marketing team, creating an efficient and informative workflow towards the set long- and short-term goals and overall KPIs, with a focus on traffic, conversion, and revenue​
• Support the execution of digital and performance marketing strategies, together with local market Digital Marketing specialists
• Co-operate with external Digital Marketing agencies in the region to maintain visibility that meets set targets with a focus on acquiring key customer groups and consistently tailoring the activity towards improving customer relevance​
• Coordinate with other departments (ecom, marketing and merchandising teams) to align all activity and the marketing calendar, while briefing all required digital marketing assets​ for owned media channels such as online store, newsletters and owned social media

• Responsible for maintaining and updating the company’s website and e-commerce marketplaces while ensuring all content (pages, products and prices) are accurately displayed
• Research, analyse and present new and innovative ways to approach and execute social content
• Stay current with changes and advances in social media and advise on new channels and approaches to adopt
• Support in the creation of artwork and content (photos and videos) for our social channels
• SEO and SEM, research, analyse and present new and fresh ways to approach and execute social content
• Attend to customers' emails, enquires, messages on all social media platforms and administrative matters
• Perform duties of order processing coordination with various internal parties to ensure all sales orders are fulfilled efficiently and promptly
• Prepare and generate quotations, orders, invoices and coordinate logistics
• Day-to-day operations (including but not limited to packing and dispatching of parcels)
