Job Description:

• Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests. Answer client questions about property facilities/services.
• Generating reports, preparing proposals, coordinating with clients & suppliers.
• Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, banquet event orders, CVGR letters).
• Gather materials and assemble information packages (e.g. brochures, promotional materials, sales demo kit, welcome kit, souvenir etc.).
• Assist the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Arrange and co-ordinate meetings, events and any appointments.
• Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.
• Meets with clients in the absence of the Director of Sales or Sales Managers; perform hotel site tours with potential clients.
• Print Daily Sales reports for each sales manager and submit to the Director of Sales.
• Print Sales manager productivity reports for each sales manager and submit to the Director of Sales.
• Ensures all documents produced by the Sales Department (i.e. contracts, rooming lists, proposals) are completed accurately and on time.
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or materials are available at all times.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director or the management.

Job Requirements

• Min GCE 'O' Levels
• Candidate with relevant experience working in a hotel, clerical or sales will be added an advantage.
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
• Good computer skills and excellent customer service skills.
• Friendly, customer centric and able to work in a team environment.

The Sales Manager keeps well-informed about the operations of the property and market trends, as well as the competition; hunts for new sales leads and promotes the property as often as possible through networking, cold calling, site inspections, presentations etc., to build the client/member base. He/She establishes excellent client/member relationships and builds rapport for client/member retention, and coordinates sales activities with the rest of the sales team.

Sales Manager reports to the Director regularly to update on sales progress and implements activities to achieve the targets set by the department and optimal profits for the organization. He/She also produces reports for tracking and analysis. While meeting the sales targets, he/she has to uphold the high organizational values and ensure business ethics and integrity.

Sales Support

Xin Yuan Fei Edu Hub is looking for Sales Support to support the Sales team and assist potential clients in addressing and resolving any concerns they may have.

Job Description:

• Respond to enquiries (Wechat, telephone, email & walk-in) providing advice when necessary to prospective clients, ensuring that the Company provides all applicant with the relevant and accurate information.
• Attend to agents/parents to promote and market Company services, establish sales network and develop sales strategies.
• Assist students/parents on administrative matters relating to student admission to school (MoE or International)
• Accompany clients to statutory board, student admission requirements, etc.
• Plan & participating in visitation to schools by prospective clients including school staff liaison and relating matters
• Attend briefing/ subject sharing/ training sessions as mandated by the Company and/or its related corporations
• Assisting in other ad-hoc duties if required

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree holder with an interest in the education industry
