• Must have IoT and digital technology sales experience
• Will be advantageous if have working experience in Marine Fleet Management, Satellite Service Providers, or Marine Class Societies or;
• Will be advantageous if have experience as a Marine Technical Superintendent or Marine Engineer or;

Royal Ocean Marine is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual for the position of HR Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes and assisting with various HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for HR and payroll administration.

Responsibilities:

• Process accurate and timely payroll in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Manage payroll records, including but not limited to timesheets, leave records, and employee data
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and statutory requirements
• Handle employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts and conducting orientation sessions
• Maintain and update employee records and databases
• Assist with HR administration tasks, such as recruitment support and employee benefits administration
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient payroll and HR processes

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll and HR administration
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and processes
• Proficient in payroll software and MS Office applications
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
