Job Scope
• Reporting to the Head of Marketing, ASEAN and working closely with the local sales team as well as the other functional leaders, to implement local programs to create increased awareness, generate leads and advance opportunities.
• Coordinate Marketing Programs comprising of direct mail, email, e-Newsletters, executive events, telemarketing, content syndication, LinkedIn, webinars, seminars and tradeshows – that deliver on pre-defined awareness / consideration goals and revenue objectives
• Assist in running campaign performance reports for post analysis and evaluation on all programs and quarterly business reviews
• Collaborate with APAC marketing, digital marketing, marketing operations, procurement, sales teams and partners to roll out various marketing campaigns according to the global marketing guideline and local business strategy
• Support financial management, including processing quotations and invoicing
• Establish and manage relationship with strategic alliance partners
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with internship experiences
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Oracle ERP
• Familiar with SFDC and PowerBI
