Responsibilities:-
- Project Planning and Scheduling
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
Coordinate project timelines with all relevant stakeholders.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
Assist in cost estimation and budget preparation.
- Communication and Coordination
Serve as the main point of contact for project updates.
Coordinate meetings and communication between clients, contractors, and project team members.
Ensure all parties are informed of project progress and changes.
- Documentation and Reporting
Maintain project documentation, including contracts, plans, and reports.
Prepare and distribute regular project status reports.
Ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
Coordinate the procurement of materials and equipment.
Schedule and manage labor resources.
Ensure all work is completed to the required quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor and manage any project issues or changes.
- Compliance & Safety Matters
Ensure all project activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
Obtain necessary permits and licenses.
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
Provide solutions to keep the project on track.
Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Address client concerns and ensure their satisfaction with the project progress.
Requirements: -
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building or equivalent
- With at least 2-years experiences in project site coordination
- Knowledge of construction processes.
- Good command of English in both verbal and written communications
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to get the job done within the schedule
