The Job

Operations (Main role)

• In charge of all New / Used vehicles and Leasing fleet for the company
• In charge of the vehicle movement and parking
• In charge of arranging the vehicle for repair, regular servicing, and inspection, including scheduling, arranging of manpower, dealing with external contractor/vendors and etc.
• In charge and ensure that the vehicles are in good ready condition to be delivered anytime
• In charge and ensure that vehicle has cleared the pre-delivery inspection (PDI) before delivering to the customer
• In charge of getting the reinstatement quote for leasing customer returning the vehicle, including able to quote independently
• In charge of the company phone and be the main contact point for leasing customers (including weekends)

Service Coordinator

• Support overall relationship with internal/ external customers that lead to constructive and profitable business partnerships through best in class operational performance.
• Develop and optimize service operations on both field and workshop to ensure the lead time, quality and efficiency
• Measure, communicate and improve key performance indicators, support continuous improvement and best practice share activities.
• Interact with other functions to setup and optimize the cross functional operational processes.
• Deploy a proactive safety culture of zero incidents while promoting and ensuring the completion of safety trainings and programs.
• Develop and optimize service on both field and workshop to ensure the process standardization, quality and efficiency.
• Attend to customer queries, complaints/feedback pertaining to services, if required
• Act as a liaison between off-site supervisors/technicians and other departments.
• Provide administrative support for Service Technicians’ staff claims and any ad hoc documents.
• Support service supervisors & technicians in daily operational matters related to their customers.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business or Engineering
• Related experience in Services within the industrial equipment industry
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (or any other ERP system). SAP knowledge is a plus. Skills & Competencies:

• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
• Collect payments whether in cash or credit
• Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets

Requirements and skills

• 5.5 working days per week
• Work experience as a Retail Cashier will be advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills in both English and Mandarin is required, in order to handle inquiries from English and Chinese speaking clients promptly and ensure high levels of client servicing
• Basic PC knowledge
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS

• Assist to maintain databases for programmes and activities
