Working Hour: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday) 9am to 1pm (Saturday - Report to office only when necessary)

Salary: $3,000 - $3,400 + Commission + Transport Allowance

Job Scope

• Canvasing of new business based on direct marketing and referrals
• Build and manage good relationship with new and existing clienteles
• Creating official quotation with estimate software
• Provide mentorship and training to own sales team members
• Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies
• Handling client project enquiries on specifications and lead-time
• Conduct site-recce, sales, and tendering presentation
• Prepare quotation and Delivery Order
• Research, expand supplier/vendor listing on project related
• Creating and presenting sales performance reports.

Requirement:

• Min. 3 years of sales experience in a similar trade (Large Format Printing, Events and Exhibition Builder)
• Sales track records in corporate account servicing for our industry
• Familiar with the preparation of official quotation with standard online template
• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques
• Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies
• Project management experience that include working collaboratively with designer, production, external contractor, and suppliers to complete each project

Sales Administration Support

• All administrative support required for Project Sales Team
• Handle incoming sales call/ emails and perform leads administration
• Sourcing for new leads from Tender Portals
• Create, compile and submit tender documents
• Assist in preparing quotations
• Assist in preparing presentation slides & documents
• All administrative support required for the Services Sales Team
• Preparation of maintenance contract renewal notice
• Preparation of services sales report to track renewal

Marketing Support

• All administration support to the Marketing Team with key focus in sales-related activities
• Assist in developing marketing material
• Assist in marketing projects/ events

Other roles

• Supporting the Head of Operations and MD in all other administrative matters
• Buddy to the Administration Executive
• Assist to match supplier invoices with the necessary documents and key into the system
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
