• Manage relationships with Affiliates, Project Diamond and SLH team ensuring clear understanding of multiple teams' roles and responsibilities.

• Work independently, knows the right priorities, and escalate if needed.
• Align with Quality and Regulatory teams on distribution issues and support.
• If required process improvements, inform the required teams for better service to affiliates.

Qualification:

• Diploma or Bachelor in Engineering / Business Administration (Industrial / Mechanical / /Operations) with minimum 1 year of Management/Supply Chain/Logistics experience
• Experience in Project management / Warehouse Operation / Value added services operations.

Technical skills:

• Basic understanding of supply chain concepts and cross-functional linkages
• Quality orientation on Medical Device/Pharmaceutical/FMCG labelling process flow
• Customer (internal and external) driven approach.
• Experience in Manufacturing / Labelling / Packaging in Medical Device/Pharmaceutical /FMCG industry preferred.
