In this role you will:

A. Sales Support:

· Reporting to Sales Manager.

· Being the centre point of contact for sales ordering placing, including orders from various countries.

· Efficiently process orders and coordinate deliveries.

· Be involved with the entire sales operations process, from issuing invoice, navigating customer to payment platform, issuing sales order, purchase orders to other trade-related documents.

· Responsible for shipment arrangement to ensure smooth & consistent goods delivery.

· Oversee AR and AP data and maintenance of sub-ledger;

· Handle data entry of transactions to accounting system.

Qualifications & Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Information Technology or other relevant field of studies (Relevant working experience can be considered as well)
• Minimum 4 years of relevant sales experience in the IT industry

Responsibilities

• Report to Project Manager
• Manage site day-to-day operations in accordance to the Project Manager’s instructions
• Ensure work progress is on schedule
• Coordination and supervision of works carried out by subcontractors and suppliers and a team of workers
• Manage site safety systems and enforcement
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum WSH Coordinator / Professional NITEC certificates or equivalent
• Familiar with construction site activities
• Co-ordinate, liaise & communicate with people of all levels
• Minimum 1 year experience in construction industry
• Able to work under tight schedules

What You Can Expect

• Responsible for overall Order Management from Quote to Cash process.
• Supporting both new and existing regional customers and act as a focal point of contact for assigned customers.
• Attend to customer inquiries and engage with internal cross functional team such as regional sales, Business units, Demand Supply, and other regional stakeholders to resolve issue or get a response to customer in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborates with Business unit and operation team to drive supply and meeting customer’s needs and on time delivery.
• Regular review with customer on bookings/ shipments vs sales forecast and ensure forecast accuracy as well as orders booked with sufficient lead time and linearity.
• Ensure all supporting documentation are well maintained and order processes are in line with SOX, QTC guidelines and Trade compliance.
• 3PL hub Management including forecast analysis, replenishment, consumption projection and ensure inventory is maintained at an optimal level and ensure aged material consumed within contractual term.
• Manage goods return (RMA) from customers as per company’s policies and guidelines.
• Actively participate in UAT on continuous business process improvement or system enhancement / implementation and provide feedback on incidents for review, analysis, and fixes.
• Perform other duties/projects as and when assigned

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Arts or related fields and at least 1-3 years of related professional experience. Master’s degree in Business, Science, Arts or related fields with no professional experience.
