Job Scope

• Maintain project schedule to ensure progress and adherence to the project timeline.
• Assist with submissions of project documentation.
• Reviews of designs, specifications and schedule changes and coordination between the various partners.
• Management and supervision of Sub-contractors and workers.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements

• Minimum degree in a related field, or diploma with at least 4 years of experience in the construction industry.
• At least 2 Years of Interior Renovation or A&A Works would be good.

• Delivering top-notch customer service with utmost respect for all customers.
• Acquiring an in-depth understanding of in-store products.
• Upholding merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.
• Staying informed about current trends and the brand's market position.
• Adhering to operational procedures in both the store and stock room.

Requirements:

• GCE 'N' Level and above.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in retail industry.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinating and managing schedules

- Filing important documents and communicating relevant information

- Ensuring adequacy of sales-related equipment or material

- Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

- Administrative matters including providing quotations to customers

- Monitoring of purchase, delivery orders, service reports
