Main Responsibilities:

• Execute the entire selling process (Sales leads, referrals/cold calls & creating demand and building relationships with customers.
• Prepare quotations and tenders, negotiate terms and check all commercial terms of offer and order of acceptance so as to ensure compliance with Levels of Authority and other relevant MIS policies.
• Construction/tender drawings reading.
• Work with legal advisor to negotiate with client on the contract terms and conditions of the contract.
• Work with Structural Consultant to provide structure sizing for the purpose of crane quotation.
• Work with subcontractor to discuss on the installation method so as to propose the best and most competitive method for installation work.
• Actively monitor, analyse and communicate monthly sales data in daily work to manage personal targets and contribute to product and service planning.
• Monitor the debtors' list periodically and coordinate with Finance Department to ensure timely invoicing and follow up with customers on all overdue accounts
• Ensure that procedures and instructions in the QMS and EHS are adhered to and carried out In compliance with the specified requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in equipment sales or related field.
• Ability to read construction/ tender drawings.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only

Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp...etc)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort!)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criterias

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

• Recommend and select products and services for customers based on their individual needs
• Describe products and services and explain their benefits and uses to potential customers
• Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services
• Establish and nurture relationships with past customers and potential customers to facilitate sales
• Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales, as needed

Responsibilities:

• To work together with consultants and subcontractors on the shop drawings, samples, and method statement, and to ensure that everyone involved is informed of any updates.
• To ensure that the site progresses successfully, it is necessary to attend project/technical meetings and work with the owner/consultants to handle site difficulties.
• to confirm that the work performed on the job site complies with the authorized plans, specifications, and authority requirements; additionally, to guarantee that the subcontractor corrects any non-compliance.
• Have weekly M&E meetings with the M&E subcontractors to make sure their tasks are completed in the correct order. Make sure the site supervisors are informed of the work sequence to prevent conflicts between site activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-4 years working experience in M&E Construction industry.
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Open for working 5.5 Days
