The Sales Strategy team is the sales enablement arm of the Sales organization with a central focus on supporting revenue growth across The Trade Desk. The Sale Strategy team partners with Sales to provide best-in-class strategic pitch materials – rich in storytelling – and reactive support for RFPs and RFIs. The team also works cross-functionally with product, marketing, business intelligence, training and other teams to ensure alignment between sales collateral and The Trade Desk’s capabilities, product features, roadmaps, advertising solutions and positioning within the broader AdTech ecosystem.

As the Sales Strategy Manager, you will be focused on supporting a team of senior sellers across South East Asia, India, and at times Asia Pacific, to provide dedicated support for global and regional, high-growth accounts. Your role will be focused on integrating within your assigned sales team accounts to upsell and pursue across a range of revenue-driving initiatives.

With this role, we are looking for someone who has a passion for synthesizing complex solutions into simplified sales narratives that clearly communicate The Trade Desk’s value to advertisers; you can also effectively work across multiple constituencies to drive results both through your individual efforts and coordinating broader team efforts. What You’ll Be Doing

• Strategic Partnership: Work with Client Development, Client Partner, Agency Development, Regional Sales, Sales Strategy team members, and others, on in-market narratives and bespoke pitch development for client-facing meetings; project manage entire process from concept to completion.

What You Bring to the Table

• Several years of relevant experience in sales development, media planning, digital strategy, sales/corporate strategy, or consulting; ideally within AdTech, the broader digital media industry, the television or streaming industry, at a SaaS company, or media consulting firm.
• Strong relationship management skills: previous experience in a role where you’ve successfully built consensus cross-functionally and amongst both leadership and your peers.
• Knowledge of AdTech ecosystem and/or programmatic industry preferred; comfortable with online advertising metrics and KPIs required.

Experience:

This position requires minimum 1 years of relevant experience in Logistics industry.

Education:

Minimum 'O' levels or Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration.

Skills:

• Good working knowledge of the following logistics operations areas – distribution, manufacturing, inventory planning, materials management.

• Good Interpersonal skills

• Good Communication skills

• Good Knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS)

• Good customer relationship management skills

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc

• To promote and sell Medical Aesthetic equipment and Aesthetic consumable products
• Build customer relationships, expand customer coverage and Customer networks. To focus on increasing customer interactions and improving relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
• Knowledge of Medical Aesthetic Clinics workflows & procurement operations
• To organize, manage and follow through on any seminars and exhibitions organized by the company
• Must be able to outperform Sales targets
• Conduct product presentations and training programs related to agency products as well as product evaluation trials and survey feedback for new product developments
• Detailed quarterly reporting which includes market intelligence, competition, promotional activities and changing customers needs
• Manage product life cycle of all the different models & SKUs
• Implement Brand management activities with strategic product positioning, benchmarking against major brand competitors
• Jointly work with Manager to create and develop new launch plans for all new models effectively to the right target segment.

Work Experience & Qualification

• Min. Diploma, preferably in Nursing / Business / Biomedical Science/ Science
• Candidate without working experience with above qualifications, aspiring to build a sales career in the medical aesthetics industry will be considered
• Preferably at least 2 years experience in medical aesthetics equipment and consumables sales
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and a team player
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer focus and execution excellence
• Positive, responsible and strong sense of ownership
• Process-oriented, meticulous follow-through to achieve results
• Computer Skills with MS products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Our client is a MNC company in the Chemicals industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Sales Executive to join their Sales team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential avenues/opportunities for business growth, in line with the company's market and expansion strategy
• Foster/Maintain strong relationships with the various customers, understanding their operations and enhancing their value through innovative solutions
• Develop sales proposals tailored to the specific needs/preferences of both potential and existing customers
• Conduct product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the company’s product offerings
• Sustain a high level of expertise in both technical aspects and sales acumen, providing technical guidance whenever required by the customers
• Provide the appropriate terms and pricing quotations, in line with the company guidelines, to potential customers
• Generate/Deliver sales and margin forecasts when requested by the company’s key stakeholders
• Coordinate/Execute promotional events and initiatives when required

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Chemistry, Biological Science, or other relevant field of studies
