Overview

As a Project Coordinator, you would work closely with clients to schedule, plan, monitor, forecast, resource and manage all the project activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. The core responsibilities of a Construction Coordinator include project planning, team coordination, and ensuring compliance with both safety and building codes. Specific tasks may involve:

• Developing project timelines and milestones in cooperation with other construction management professionals.
• Coordinating efforts between various stakeholders including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Monitoring project progress and reporting status to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensuring that all materials and equipment are delivered to the site on time.
• Conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments to comply with health and safety standards.
• Resolving conflicts or concerns involving labor forces or project impediments.
• Managing project documentation and maintaining comprehensive project records.

Job Description

• Attend techinical meeting/site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions;
• Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;
• Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings;
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works;
• Supervise the progress of architectural works on site;
• Coordination of sub-contractor's architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Architect or equivalent
• 2 years relevant working experience in Architectural coordination;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understand in Autocad/ BIM/ construction drawing/ architectural drawings
