• Ordering and delivery management for the semiconductor industry
• Received and Process Sales Order using SAP system, acknowledgement with estimate delivery date base on standard lead time
• Process Purchase Order to group companies (Production sites in other countries, e.g. Malaysia, Indonesia, India)
• Liaise with various internal & external parties to ensure timely production and shipping of products
• Administer orders backlog, co-ordinate with Sales if there is any delivery &/or production hiccups.
• Process delivery or shipping documents (No LC transactions)
• Forwarders and Transporters to ensure smooth delivery to customers

■Job Requirements：

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience (handling order management, logistics experience in handling import & export shipping documentation, delivery management)
• Knowledge of standard shipping & business documents & their terminology
• Experience of using SAP will be added advantage
• Ability to speak, read and write in Japanese language to liaise with counterparts in Japan
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate transactions with multiple parties
• Able to take responsibility for the execution of tasks and complete them
• Have initiative and is a team player
