Job Overview:
This position reports to the Deputy Director of Clinical Transformation and will support the War on Diabetes, Community Intervention Programmes (WOD-CIP) in coordinating, implementing, operationalizing, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. The role includes managing projects such as the Tiered Weight Management (TWM) initiative and related workgroups, events, and programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the programme team to ensure timely, within-scope, and on-budget implementation of programme activities, meeting performance objectives.
• Prioritize and manage day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth operations across internal teams, community partners, and third-party service providers (e.g., contractors).
• Coordinate logistics, facilities, and administrative tasks for intervention workshops and related events.
• Facilitate programme delivery within the community and provide marketing and outreach support to drive engagement and participation in workshops.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks, including assisting with programme events and activities as assigned.
• Ensure key data is collected, secured, and organized for reporting and evaluation purposes.
• Act as the point of contact for targeted populations, coordinating outreach, participant recruitment, and feedback, ensuring satisfactory follow-up.
• Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders, including clinical staff, administration, and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, confidentiality, and health information security standards.

Job Requirements:

Education/Training/Experience:

• Minimum degree or diploma in any major.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Strong written, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
