Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Support

• Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and assess customer needs.
• Assist Account Managers in developing tailored sales strategies.
• Attend external meetings with Account or Technical Managers to take minutes and gather customer feedback.

Post-Sales Support

• Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer loyalty.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs.
• Build and sustain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Manage sales tracking tools and report relevant information.
• Monitor and analyze sales trends.
• Address complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Review and follow up on pending orders and customer requests to ensure excellent service.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in maritime studies, engineering or equivalent
• Able to work independently
• Good knowledge of MS office, CRM systems etc.
• Good communication skills.
• Good time management
