Skills & Qualifications

· Have a flair for selling and building relationships with individuals and organisations

· Minimum 5 years sales experience with proven track record in luxury retail/financial institutions/automobile/property/casinos/travel

· Prior experience in the IR Resort sales or Travel/Hospitality industry will be an added advantage

· Multilingual, English and Mandarin (written and spoken) required; Other Asian languages or dialects (spoken) desirable

· Excellent persuasion skills, ability to spot opportunities and go after them with gusto

· Ability to work under constraints and to make the most out of allotted resources

· Problem solving attitude

· Resourceful and excellent service skill sets

· Digitally savvy

· Ability to tactfully handle customer negotiations
