About The Role

Community Outreach Team (CREST), serves as a community safety network for people with or at-risk of mental health conditions, including dementia, and their caregivers. CREST conducts outreach events to increase mental health awareness and targeted case finding to identify those with mental health needs.

Reporting to the Group Supervisor, the Program Executive works closely with the team to serve clients and caregivers.

· Duties/Responsibilities:

1. To support our existing MCST customers for added security equipment to their existing system.

2. Prospecting to our existing MCST customers for upgrading their estate’s existing security system including but not limited to intercom door entry system, access control, surveillance system, etc.

3. To promote and introduce our Community Mobile Application combined with the latest security system to the condo estate.

4. Build and maintain good customer relationships with condo managing agents.

5. Prepare and manage sales presentations and system demos to MCST condo managing agents and council members.

6. Prepare and follow up on tenders and quotations.

7. Build and maintain good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention.

8. Oversees the project with the Project Department during the implementation stage.

9. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.

· Skills, Experience and Competencies

· Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/IT Technology.

· 2 years of working experience in the security field is preferred (CCTV/Intercom/Access Control). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Senior Executive, Procurement Operations

The role holder is responsible for supporting to the Commercial and Procurement Manager in the procurement process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Functional

• Coordinate processing of orders on IT systems along with invoice payment through Team based in India
• Collaborate with GSF brand schools from overseas for aggregate procurement
• Work & Involve with vendors , primarily from India for purchase management , especially IT & marketing vendor
• Manage end-end procurement process which involves vendors, introduction & selection, contract management .
• Collaborate with cross functional teams at school to carry out the procurement process.
• Tracks and collates the procurement requests from the all sources, such as the procurement software system, WhatsApp, and mail
• Assists the Commercial and Procurement Manager in fulfilling procurement request from the campus and corporate office, be it capital expenditure or day-to-day items
• Works closely with the user department to understand their requirements
• Raises the procurement requests and approvals on behalf of the user department
• Complies to the negotiation guidelines of obtaining 3 quotes when the prices are above the threshold limit
• Assists the Commercial and Procurement Manager in negotiations with the vendors and reviewing the scope of work and payment terms
• Maintains the vendor database, reviews vendor satisfaction, and records gaps and areas of improvement for the future
• Ensures all vendor tickets are logged in the procurement system
