• Utilise system to check past feedback cases or create new feedback cases for the necessary staff to follow up;
• For cases not under TC purview, assist feedback provider to lodge feedback with authorities where necessary;
• Provide support to Estate team for feedback handling;
• Miscellaneous administrative duties on adhoc basis;
• Any other duties as instructed by your supervisor / HOD.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, managing phone calls, greeting visitors, and ensuring the showroom is in top condition. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and respond to general customer inquiries
• Greet and check in customers, ensuring smooth visitor flow in the showroom
• Manage the Sales Executive turn system efficiently
• Ensure that the showroom is neat and organized, including maintaining display cars
• Serve refreshments to customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Perform general administrative duties as required

Requirements:

• Experience in Receptionist or customer service roles
• Strong communication and social skills with a customer-first mindset
• Energetic, hardworking, and people-focused
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
• Comfortable working at off-site locations when required
