Responsibilities will include:

• Conduct Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, and Qoo10 competitive analyses to evaluate merchandise, promotions, features, and product presentation to inform future strategies
• Create, implement, manage, and report on advertising strategies that align with client goals
• Proactively researches industry trends and best practices and communicates internally to share knowledge
• Engage frequently and professionally with clients via email, phone, and in-person
• Strategic thinking, and flawless execution to identify areas of opportunity and deliver sales-driving initiatives
• Agency experience with a focus on Amazon, Shopee, and Lazada programmatic display advertising and Amazon, Shopee, and Lazada search
• Conducted market research and monitored competitors, products, and market pricing.

• Outstanding ability to think creatively, and strategically, and identify and resolve problems
• Manage refunds and returns from all the platforms.

1. Overseeing daily outlets operations
2. Hire and train beauticians, as needed
3. Provides leadership to the sales and operational team
4. Motivates and encourages sales and operational team to ensure quotas and daily operation are met
5. Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
6. Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts
7. Assigns territories and sets quotas for sales teams
8. Consults with potential customers to understand their needs

· Able to converse in Chinese to liasise with mandarin speaking vendor &customers

· Must be able to work night shift and split shift
