Job Description

• Responsible in the development of sales and revenue from potential and existing projects
• To engage and establish good business relationships with existing and potential clients
• Responsible in conducting sales presentation to clients on company’s products and services

Requirements:

What you'll be doing

• Handle day-to-day business cases in the area of sea cargo shipments and delivering of shipments in accordance with the procedures for dispatching and delivering
• Issue and monitor transportation documents, collects documents for dispatching and delivering of shipments
• Organize the admission of the shipments into the customs warehouse, export customs clearance, loading into the vessel and the dispatching of shipments
• Make rate offers to customers and partners
• Interface with customers/agents to take booking; coordinate shipments; troubleshoot issues; and provide updates on service disruptions and etc.

Minimum Qualification

• Diploma in Freight Forwarding or equivalent
• At least 1 year in the freight forwarding industry
• Solid knowledge in the sea shipment documentation and process requirements of both local and overseas countries
• Conversant in both spoken and written English

RESPONSIBILITIES

Programme Planning and Implementation

• Facilitate linkups between our organization and the community partners.
• Assist the Project Manager in facilitating data sharing, mapping of seniors' needs and joint monitoring of seniors.
• Assist the Project Manager for develop workflows, communication protocols for escalation and referrals of seniors.
• Implement programmes and activities run by COC.
• Coordination and supervision of services and activities for seniors.

Programme Evaluation & Administrative Duties

• Maintaining records to facilitate submission to AIC quarterly.
• Generate and submit Project Progress/Claims Report to AIC.
• Assist the Project Manager in handling staff on-off boarding, staff well-being, process claims and revising the proposed budget annually.

Job Description

· Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements, post Journal and Bank Entries, calculate depreciation of Fixed Assets and perform monthly reconciliation

· Maintain and create new customers, suppliers and general ledger accounts in accounting system.

· Verify accuracy of AP payment, claims and petty cash reimbursements and revenues.

· Monitor and prepare to deposit cash and cheques received from outlets and customers into bank.

· Maintain accounting files and records.

1. Operations

• Answering all inquiries from all platforms (qoo10,lazada,shopee etc) across all sites - No phone calls required
• Following up with all after sales issues promptly
• Ensuring all return parcels are identified and issues rectified
• Processing daily order way bills in a timely manner
• Ensuring high accuracy level of the correct inventory tagged to the correct order waybill
• Manual task (Stocking, filing, labeling of essential oil into bottles) when required
• Assist in any other adhoc e-commerce duties on event days (11/11, 9/9 etc)

2. Administrative

• Keying in stock data from delivery orders into inventory and bookkeeping system (Xero)
• Ensuring bookkeeping data accuracy
