• Work with internal stakeholders and own end-to-end monthly campaign coordination and execution like monthly marketing and communications plan, media buys, social media content, and schedule communications assets.

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, mass communication, events management; or related field.
• At least 2 years experience in marketing, brand management or similar role; in a fast-paced company.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective project and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects with varied timelines.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, great interpersonal and communication skills; and the desire to hone 360 marketing skills.
• Creative, imaginative and possesses an eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Event management

• Acquiring location and negotiating rental rates
• Drafting up floorplan
• Negotiating and liaising with external vendors and parties for atrium space
