• Directs the sales plan under his scope, maximizing revenues, fulfilling customer requirements, and identifying potential sales growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal training.
• Yearly training needs analysis (TNA)
• Arrange and assist in leadership trainings
• Gather training needs for leadership training
• Yearly training budgeting/proposal
• Arrange for external training e.g.: Mandatory, Functional, general upskilling courses depending on company needs based on TNA
• System implementation for L&D, including management & maintenance
• Assist and create online training using training system, including launching, and facilitating of the training program
• Managing electronic gadgets for training

Requirements:

• Possess Degree in Human Resource Management or in any discipline
• Min 3 years of experience in Training & Development
• Strong in communication skills
• Strategic, proactive, resourceful and work in a fast paced environment
• Able to be hands-on, resourceful and creative in problem/situational solving

Responsibilities:

• Plays a critical role in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and cooperate customer needs.
• Understand, design and propose CCTV/IIOT solutions tailored to industrial environments.
• Create technical presentations and proposals for clients.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
• Work closely with sales teams to identify and qualify opportunities.
• Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to address specific customer needs and feedback.

Requirement:

• Polytechnic or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, preferably in the CCTV/IIOT industry.
• In-depth knowledge of CCTV systems, including cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and video management software.
• Good understanding of IIOT concepts and familiarity with network infrastructure technologies.
• Understanding of various industrial environments, regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to CCTV/IIOT solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and be strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation and proposals.
• Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Able to speak in Mandarin to liaise with our China-based team.
