Sales Executive Responsibilities:

• Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
• Actively sourcing new sales opportunities
• Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
• build relationships with new customers.
• Processing customers' purchase orders and liaising with the Production & logistics department to ensure the accurate & timely delivery of ordered products.

• Maintain strong commercial relationships with all customers.
• Supervise programs and procedures to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction with the team.
• Oversee and implement process improvements and changes enabled by IT systems.
• Provide in-house support to Sales Personnel in handling sales quotations, SOPs, RFQs, and inquiries related to assigned accounts.
