Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing
• Position Title: Technical Sales Engineer
• Working Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic up to $6,500 + Commission + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve or exceed a minimum monthly sales target of $100,000, using a three-month average for fluctuation adjustments.
• Assist in servicing customers by conceptualizing machine processes and drafting proposals and quotations.
• Support the Project Manager in capacity planning to ensure project timelines are met, using a Master Project Schedule.
• Monitor projects to ensure goods are delivered on time.
• Engage in new business development initiatives across various industries.
• Manage public relations activities, including liaison with overseas partners and customers.

• Diploma or higher in any discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Automation Machines.
• Proficiency in CAD software and common Microsoft software is essential.
• Willingness to travel frequently as required.
• Possession of a Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
• Owning a vehicle is preferred, with car allowances provided.
