Job Requirements

• GCE ‘N’ Level and above
• 1-2 years of relevant frontend customer service experience in hotel/service apartment/hospitality/luxury retail
• Customer service oriented
• Able to work during weekend and perform shift work including night shift

• GST Compliance: Review and verify billing-related GST compliance and accuracy.
• Accounts Receivable (AR): Follow up on overdue payments and outstanding invoices; participate in AR aging meetings and assist with data preparation and analysis.
• Audit Support: Cross-check audit confirmations with accounting system data for consistency.
• Internal Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly profit & loss breakdowns by department and balance sheet presentation slides for management review.
• Balance Sheet Oversight: Review and approve balance sheet schedules, resolving long-standing items.
• Journal Entries: Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards by reviewing and approving journal entries.
• Payment Checks: Conduct weekly checks for timely and accurate disbursements.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Provide support for various finance-related tasks as assigned.
