The job

As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in the formulation, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR and administrative support, with a focus on ensuring the well-being and development of our employees.

• Prepare up-to-date personnel records and employment letter
• Oversee work pass application management and government grants,
• Take charge of payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Administer training and development programs, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience in HR roles.
• Able to communicate to Chinese stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
