• Installing, upgrading, and maintaining hardware and software on user workstations and laptops.
• Maintaining various IT equipment including servers, workstations, laptops, printers, routers, firewalls, and other office equipment.
• Troubleshooting IT problems reported by users and assisting in daily IT operations.
• Ensuring the stability and security of the network and minimizing downtime.
• Implementing effective backup and disaster recovery procedures and supporting legacy systems.
• Providing system support and carrying out system requirement studies.
• Managing relationships with IT suppliers and vendors for IT infrastructure purchasing.
• Generating an inventory list for IT assets and software licensing.
• Managing users' email accounts.
• Ensuring that all IT systems governance follows corporate standards.
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
