• Handle marketing administrative duties such as Purchase Orders, Licence Agreements, etc.
• Provide customer service support in ensuring shopper and casual leasing enquiries are attended to in a professional and timely manner.
• Build and maintain good relationships with tenants and garner their participations in the mall's marcom activities.
• Collaborate on Group-wide marcom initiatives as required.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• GCE 'O' Level / ITE / Diploma Qualification
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar capacity, preferably in a shopping mall or retail environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous with a keen eye for details and self-motivated.
• Ability to effectively handle high-volume workload, concurrent projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in systems and Microsoft Office.

What Will You Do

• Selling of aviation cleaning chemicals.
• To manage and maintain relationship with Principal Account.
• To provide service and maintain good customers’ relationship with existing accounts.
• To manage in-direct sales channel and resellers.
• To open new accounts and explore new business opportunities.
• To handle customer’s enquiries and requirements.
• To perform pricing analysis and Inventory management.
• To deliver presentation at customer site.
• To prepare weekly and monthly submission of sales report and sales plan.
• To perform sales collection and credit payment.
• To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

What Do We Need

• At least a Diploma in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of corporate sales experience in Aviation Industry.
• Possess Class 3 driving license with own vehicle.
• Preferably have experience in cleaning chemicals for aircraft usage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Formulas) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Able to travel overseas for business trip (APAC Region).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
