Responsibilities

• Develop social content plans and execute creative and engaging social media videos and static content with a consumer-first approach
• Continuously test and optimize new channels, audiences, visual creatives, and copy
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
• Responsible for weekly and monthly performance reporting, including social media metrics, trends, test results, campaign performance and recommendations for enhancements
• Support in local influencers strategy by creating on content and ideation together, and sourcing for new influencers to drive traffic, build buzz and brand awareness
• Develop a deep understanding of the brand's identity including product and marketing initiatives in order to develop marketing strategies that meet both financial and brand-building goals
• Work with and alongside marketing team in developing social media content, best practices, SOPs, toolkits to guard the brand and ensure consistency across the international group

Requirement

• 1-2 years hands-on experience in social media management, content planning and creation, and copywriting across all content formats. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields
• Strong and effective communicator and a reliable team player with a can-do attitude
• Ability to react quickly and prioritize opportunities based on business needs, able to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced business
• Operates with a sense of urgency, natural resourcefulness and a positive attitude
