Job Responsibilities:

• Generate Invoices, Credit Notes, and Statements of Accounts.
• Monitor and process receipts.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and unmatched receipts promptly.
• Manage intercompany billings for accurate transactions.
• File e-documents and invoices efficiently.
• Proactively address customer queries and resolve AR issues.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and drafting audited financial statements.
• 14k transactions per month.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/Finance/Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant experience.
• Immediate starter is added advantage.

• The Sales Executive will manage his/her Sales Channel and reports directly to the CEO
• Develop effective sales strategy to grow existing accounts as well as identifying new channel opportunities to drive incremental sales
