Responsibilities:

· Oversee Accounts Payable matters, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliation.

Role Overview
Based in the Sales Finance team, the Data Analyst will becritical to the success of a new project to improve the weekly sales reporting granularity received from the company’s partners. The ideal candidate should be methodical, analytical, able to work with large amounts of data and good at problem solving as well as troubleshooting.

Key Tasks

• Build and maintain a good professional relationship with both internal (IT, Sales, Finance) and external partners of the APAC region.
• Project manage each onboarding activity through initial assessments, agreement on delivery dates, reporting methods and file testing.
• Provide prompt feedbacks/responses to conclude a timely cadence of reporting from the Partner in production.
• Regularly track and communicate the status of your portfolio of partners to onboard.
• Work methodically to document changes in status and demonstrate the ability to forecast completion dates.

Requirements
