Responsibilities:

Business, Budget, Forecast Support

• Contribute to the achievement of the overall targets as set by SVP DA
• Deliver input for the yearly Product Line budget process
• Support S&OP planning process (slots per month)
• Recommend prioritization of production slots for review and approval in the weekly DA Product Line meeting

Product Management

• Support the VP Product Lines in implementing the product line strategy
• Responsible for gathering relevant market and competition information for strategy development process including drafting of product roadmaps and proposing implementation plans
• Identifies and proposes Continuous Improvement Programs and Custom Modifications
• Provides input to the R&D review processes
• Continuous monitoring of machine quality and improvement whenever necessary

Market & Sales Development Support

• Proposes and supports implementation of regional strategies
• Monitors progress of plans and programs
• Identifies and proposes areas of product and services improvements to develops and leads marketing and promotion activities
• Supports customer and key account management
• Supports critical customer issue resolution
• Improves his market intelligence (includes competitive analysis through customer visits and appropriate trade show

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering
• Experienced in strategy development
• In-depth know how of semiconductor industry (assembly and packaging) and marketing methods
• Experienced in dealing with customers
• Analytical and methodical thinking

A Sales Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting the success of an organization. They are the leader in coordinating the day-to-day activities of the sales representatives and ensuring that they are meeting their goals. The sales supervisor must work closely with the store manager, general manager, and production manager to communicate changing customer needs. As a liaison between the organization and the customers, the production supervisor must anticipate changing customer needs and design products that meet such needs.

Sales Supervisor Job Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of the sales team including marketing activities like product activations.
• Assist the line manager to recruit, training, enumerating, and retaining a competent sales team.
