Responsible for daily store operations, achieving store sales and ensuring every customers receive great service experience.

Ensure complete understanding of all products, brand guidelines including up-sell items, as well as any company promotions and mechanics.

Ensure exemplary customer service standards among the Retail team members according to the company standard.

Ensure team member complete customer transaction in a professional, timely manner and with highest level of respect.

Ensure accuracy in the collection of money from various modes of payment.

Ensure that the store is in good condition i.e. shelves are replenished, fixtures are clean and prices are present in good condition.

Ensure all POS/VM materials and other collaterals being displayed at the shop floor are up-to date and displayed according to a standard visual merchandising standards.

Roster planning to ensure staff productivity.

Support any store initiatives. Example: Stock take, store change etc.

Job Summary:

As the Sales Manager for the Retail, Supermarket and HoReCa segments, you will develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales objectives and expand our market presence. You will work with a team of post-sales professionals, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with key clients in the Retail, Supermarket and HORECA industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Retail, Supermarket and HORECA sectors.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

Market Expansion

• Be informed of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that help to expand the company’s revenue.

Revenue Generation:

• Drive sales initiatives by visiting potential clients to achieve revenue and profit targets for the Retail, Supermarket and HORECA business units.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key personel/s in the retail and HORECA industries to ensure incremental flow of revenue.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and implement corrective actions.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure a coordinated approach to ensure business growth.

Minimum Educational Qualifications/ Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
• At least five (5) years of sales experience and (3) years in a managerial role in retail and/or HoReCa sectors

Skills and Knowledge required:

• Manage Sales Channel and report directly to the Director
• Proven track record of successful sales management in the retail and HORECA sectors.
• Knowledge of the Retails, Supermarket and HORECA market trends and dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work independently as the key person in pre-sales and the ‘’face’’ of the company
