Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for regular finance functions including payments processing and record keeping,

• Liaise with 3rd party vendor, advisors and service providers in preparing and reviewing sets of accounts and tax returns.

• Legal entities administration, including liaison with corporate secretary, outsourced accountants and auditors for annual audit and compliance requirements and filings. Attend to bank KYC requests.

• Assist with due diligence for funding requests.

• Facilitate, administer and maintain records of donations and grants.

• Liaise with beneficiary organisations, grantees and scholars; tracking of milestones and providing assistance where needed.

• Provide support for marcomms administration, such as the maintenance of marketing assets and tracking of media mentions.

• Support the Family Office team as backup coverage for operational responsibilities, including corporate administration, business and properties management, regulatory, banking, finance and tax matters.

Requirements:

• Prior Experience in Accounting Finance with experience liaising with 3rd party accounting vendor.

• Diploma or degree with 2-5 years of working experience in an accounting and finance function and possess a good understanding of Singapore corporate and personal tax requirements.

• Prior experience in family offices will be advantageous but not a must

Job Responsibilities:

• Consolidate demand forecast for oleochemical products from business and sales team and timely update the numbers to production planning.
• Liaise closely with sales and business team to enhance forecast accuracy by anticipating effects of market trends, activity, seasonality and demands.
• Work closely with production planning, sales coordinator and logistic and freight department to ensure supply cargo is ready on time to ship.
• Work closely with regional sales team to ensure timely shipment and replenishment of bulk shipment products.
• Coordinate the execution of monthly bulk shipment program to the regions and track their progress.
• Proactively communicate supply status and potential risk to business and sales team to ensure supply continuity.
• Participate and contribute in monthly planning meeting with stakeholders.
• Develop reports needed to do demand and forecast error analysis and yearly budgeting reports and ad hoc reports if required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in supply chain management or technical discipline.
• Experience in supply chain operations or customer facing roles in palm or oleochemicals related business would be preferred.
• Possess a positive attitude, drive and strong business sense.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be accountable for generating millions in revenue through strategic sales initiatives across multiple regions, including Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. This role requires a deep understanding of the art investmey market and alternative assets landscape, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals, galleries, institutions, and other key stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within assigned regions.
