HR Executive

• Remuneration: $2600 - $3500 (Depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in the development and publication of job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms.
• Screen candidate resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Draft and finalize employment contracts, overseeing the onboarding process to integrate new hires effectively.
• Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and general concerns.

• Administer payroll processes, ensuring precise and timely payment for all employees.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Min. 1 – 2 years of experience in Manufacturing or Marine Supply Industry will be advantageous
• Good understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills / Team Player
• Knowledge in Info-Tech Cloud HRMS System is an added advantage
