Responsibilities:

• Sales of Cabling and Security Systems (ie. CCTV, PA system, access control, alarm/ intrusion detection, ELV systems, electrical power points, network and data structured cabling, and network infrastructure).
• Proactively identify prospects in the market, follow up, and secure sales order
• Be responsible and accountable for sales targets by meeting sales target within agreed timeline
• Abide to the Company’s internal work processes & documentation
• Provide market feedback on product improvement to the Management
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Represent the hotel professionally by upholding proper grooming standards, conduct and ability to present the hotel product and services effectively.
• Day-to-day sales activities include telemarketing, sales calls, hotel visits, entertainment, virtual presentations etc.
• Generate new sales leads/ prospects and establish new accounts to grow client base
• Foster and maintain relationships with existing clients through sales calls and regular site inspection to maintain loyalty. Manage leads and enquiries and provide suitable solutions promptly
• Be familiar and diligent with various company systems and sales tools, such as property management system, customer relationship management system, booker loyalty where applicable
• Provide timely updates to superior and team on activities and market information. Review account portfolio regularly and present to management to provide analysis of each account and forward action plans

Key Responsibilities

Post-Sales Service

1. Product training to customers on product usage.
2. Provide on-site or remote technical support for products and services, troubleshooting issues and ensuring proper functionality.
3. Work closely with other departments to address and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
4. Collect customer feedback and report it to relevant departments for continuous improvement.

Sales Support

1. Identify and pursue sales opportunities, actively engaging with current and potential customers to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.
2. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to identify potential areas for sales growth.
3. Work closely with the sales team to align sales strategies by providing input on customer needs and preferences.

Compliance with SG Diagnostics Quality Management System

1. Maintain records of customer interactions, service activities, and sales progress; providing regular reports to management.

Other Responsibilities

1. Participate in exhibitions, roadshows and marketing events.
2. Perform sales administrative tasks, including creating and processing sales orders.

Requirements

1. Minimum a Diploma in biomedical science, bioengineering or related fields
2. 1 to 3 years of experience in sales support and customer service is preferred.
