Your Role:

1. Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a small team to engage warm leads via chat or calls, driving ticket sales for our educational workshops.

2. Workshop Facilitation: Conduct engaging educational workshops for parents and children, showcasing our innovative tropicalized carnivorous plant technology.

3. Sales Innovation: Assist in developing new sales channels and product offerings, leveraging opportunities from our products

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales is a plus, but we value passion and drive.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and guide a small outreach team.
• Excellent Communication: Strong presentation skills, especially in group or workshop settings.
• Passion for Science & Education: Genuine enthusiasm for working with families and kids in an educational setting.
• Work Schedule: 5-day work week, including weekends.
• Eligibility: Open to Singapore Citizens (SG) and Permanent Residents (PR).
