About the job

Reporting to the Regional Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering and securing profitable growth with the assigned customer accounts in the Marine Division in line with the South East Asia Sales Company targets and objectives.

In this role, you will be based in Singapore and will manage assigned customer relationship, including formulating and driving a specific customer account strategy to encompass the complete long-term relationship between Alfa Laval and the customer. 

This role is an individual contributor role and does not have team reporting to the role.

Key tasks:

• Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval solution in the Marine aftersales industry;
• Analyze and understand market insights and the customers buying behaviour and make sales plans according to the business division strategy and targets, by working closely with experienced sales or sales team leader
• Look for and manage leads from the market and customers and convert them in real business opportunities in other to ensure the pipeline.
• Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings and interactions to customers, focusing on customer needs understanding and highlighting the value of our products and services
• Runs the operation by managing the customer grid and proactive planning in our tools.
• Develop customized proposal to meet customers’ requirement and advocate value based selling and follow through to achieve performance.
• Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions.

We are looking for an exceptionally motivated and talented Sr Marketing Manager to join the marketing team at Amazon Fresh Singapore. This team is responsible for data-driven and creative marketing solutions to reach relevant customers for Amazon Fresh. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing marketing campaigns to target potential Fresh customers and drive them through the funnel. Key job responsibilities
The Sr Marketing Manager will be focused on:

* Develop entire marketing strategy to drive Amazon Fresh business in Singapore .
* Own and drive customer acquisition and retention goals. Have a thorough understanding of customer metrics and create action plans to manage continuous improvement initiatives.
* Build a traffic plan across marketing channels, working with an agency to deliver on plans (including email, onsite, paid search, PR, paid social, display)
