In your new role you will:

• The owner at Infineon of your applications defining and steering the global application G2M strategy as a central figure between Infineon Product Development and Regional Sales and Marketing teams.
• Grow a deep market understanding allowing you to provide guidance on application market outlook and understand the market cycle, growth potential and application match to the Infineon portfolio.

Your Profile

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the security agency, ensuring the effective deployment and performance of security personnel. Key Responsibilities:

4. Incident Management and Reporting:Supervise the response to incidents, emergencies, and security breaches, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
   Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
   Review incident reports and ensure proper documentation of all events, including accidents, security violations, and client complaints.
   Conduct investigations into incidents and recommend corrective actions.
   
5. Resource and Asset Management:Manage security-related resources, such as vehicles, communication equipment, and uniforms, ensuring they are properly maintained and available as needed.
   Oversee the allocation and deployment of security equipment (e.g., CCTV, alarms, patrol systems) to client sites, ensuring functionality and adherence to client requirements.
   Monitor the budget for operational expenses, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
   
6. Training and Development:Develop and implement training programs for security personnel, including initial onboarding, regular refresher courses, and specialized training (e.g., emergency response, conflict de-escalation).
   Ensure that all staff are up to date with the latest security techniques, technologies, and client-specific requirements.
   Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the operations team.
   
7. Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement:Identify and implement improvements in operational processes to increase efficiency and service quality.
   Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as staff turnover, response times, and client satisfaction to measure operational success.
   Use technology, such as guard management software and real-time reporting tools, to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
   
8. Budget and Financial Management:Oversee the operations budget, ensuring expenses are within the allocated budget and looking for opportunities to reduce operational costs without sacrificing quality.
   Manage payroll for security personnel, ensuring accurate and timely payment of wages, allowances, and overtime.
   Monitor and approve operational expenses, including equipment procurement and site-related costs.
   
9. Health and Safety Compliance:Ensure that security staff are trained in workplace health and safety regulations and that all client sites comply with safety standards.
   Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments at client locations.
   Implement corrective measures to address any identified safety hazards or compliance issues.
   
10. Collaboration with Other Departments:Work closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure smooth handover of new clients and services.
    Collaborate with HR on recruitment, staff welfare, and disciplinary matters.

1. Summary of the role

The Customer Support Manager (CSM) is responsible for implementing, monitoring, administering and improving customer service procedures and work flows across APAC regions, specific to aerospace customers. They may directly or indirectly lead customer support teams to acheive best in class customer support. They will establish, monitor and report specific KPI’s and seek to improve short falls. In addition, the CSM will ensure that customer support staff in all APAC regions are compliant to required procedures and performing to KPI targets.

The CSM is responsible for working with the APAC Aerospace General Manager (GM) and local regional management to establish a team that is capable of providing and achieving outstanding customer service.

The CSM is responsible for customer order management of selected customers as well as the aerospace customer order management process in APAC. This includes communication and coordination throughout the entire supply chain to ensure on-time delivery to customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide timely and accurate financial information and analyses including management and financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and overall control
• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects for finance department excellence
• Support Senior Manager on monthly review of entities financial performance, follow up on queries and ensure closure of action items
• Work closely with the Finance Managers to support the Directors and Group Management to achieve financial KPIs
• Review projects profitability and submit monthly reports to management, explaining delta costs and margin achievements against forecasts
• Credit review and release for new customers, release of sales orders and variation orders in SAP
• Cash flow management, including cash flow forecast and the review of foreign exchange hedging requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified accountant with at least 5 years post qualifying experience
• Good experience and knowledge in SAP systems
• Prior experience in Commercial FP&A or business partnering
• Self-motivated, dynamic and result oriented individual

This role will oversee product management team and directly reporting to Director of Engineering. The person must be able to speak English and Mandarin as he or she will also collaborate closely with the Engineering staff in China.

The person will work closely with key stakeholders from strategic development and sales, engineering and production. This person shall be well versed in communication and coordination, strategic and organized personality, proactive, experienced and skilful in managing a team. Experienced in engineering and equipped with product management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Secure and confirm customer requirements and operational profiles to communicate effectively with R&D / plant engineers and ensure successful system integration with other vehicle components.

· Offer technical assistance to clients on existing and new projects and products. Ensure customer satisfaction.

· Assign ownership and manage the company Li-Ion battery product portfolio (Commercial EV and Marine) in providing fast technical-commercial proposal (support) to BD & sales team for pre-sales activities, for APAC, EU and US.

· Updated with market competitors’ capability on product benchmarking, working closely with R&D and engineering team in Singapore and China team to achieve strategic goals.

· Working closely with Strategic Development and Engineering Director in market – product penetration, product development roadmap, in securing market leading position with right technology, right cost (ROI) and right timing, through strategic partnership and/or organic growth. Strategize cost reduction efforts with engineering, procurements and all functions to ensure competitive price.

· Achieve product standardization with core segmentation to achieve stronger product brands, better economic of scale and technological improvement.

· As the product manager/owner to manage product brochures, product manual, BOM, Spare Parts and maintenance, and to secure customer testing / certification requirements for their applications/region.

· Liaise with customers (BD/sales manager), work with PMO team and engineering / manufacturing plant to support ongoing projects as gate keeper.

· Communicate design change requests, design issues and potential optimization of battery systems to appropriate product engineering and manufacturing teams.

· Train customers and colleagues on Durapower products and applications where applicable.

· Maintain proper organization and documentation for different projects and product portfolio and ensure proper record keeping.

· Proven leadership in managing and leading product management team of multinational.

· Manage team capability to provide Engineering Field Support (as when needed). Compile field failure from Aftersales to implement CIP.

Requirements:

· Degree/Masters or Phd. in Electrical Electronics, Mechatronics, Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.

· Experienced product manager with total 8 - 13 years’ experience in development or application engineering, or system integration and product management, preferably in the space of mobility or electrification.

· Inclusive 3 – 8 years of experience in product management portfolio in mobility or electrification industry preferably with APAC, EU or US markets.

· Knowledge of Singapore and regional electrical standards, global vehicle standards and basic safety requirements.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin, as the role requires close collaboration with our engineering team in China.

· Can-do attitude, and high EQ to manage customer relationships, and key stakeholders from strategic BD team, engineering team and PMO team.

· Experience working with technical – sales/BD performance related KPI.

· Work location based in SG, willing to travel on demand basis.
