The primary job responsibility of the Production Department Manager is to ensure efficient and effective production operations through optimising resource allocation, monitoring production metrics, and implementing process improvements to maximise productivity and minimise waste. The BioPharma Account Manager is responsible for ​driving overall customer success aligned to the Cytiva strategy and goals leveraging all of the Cytiva account team. Owns the overall customer relationship across the account.
