As the Product Manager - Assays, Pathology Lab, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing strategies and innovative approaches, to drive the penetration of the Pathology Lab - Assays portfolio (Key focus on Core Antibodies including Cell Marque, Discovery Reagents, Hematopathology portfolio & associated new launches like Neuropathology).
• Forging strong collaboration with the affiliates within the APAC region, regional colleagues across Clinical, Lab & C Suite, Access and Regulatory functions & global teams.
• Driving the brand and channel fill strategy for the cited areas of focus, while working closely with the product manager for HMVA & PHCS, regional CVS colleagues as well affiliates.
• You will report to the APAC Business Lead Pathology Lab, Lab & C suite Value stream.

As the Product Manager / Business Manager - Assays, Pathology Lab, you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for managing multiple stakeholders as the single point of contact for portfolio stakeholders, Global Functions, Regional Functions, Affiliates, etc, for all discussions regarding assigned portfolio
• Define focus areas and KPIs for marketing campaigns and team up with the other Product Managers/ Business managers within the Pathology Lab team, for innovative profitability improvement measures like paired consumables/PAB uptake/Digital Pathology Algorithms etc
• Provide support to business analysis, KPI tracking, and other projects as required
• Support affiliates in executing planned portfolio strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Utilize strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of the diagnostic world in the context of overall healthcare market and environment
• Have insights into trends or technology for the assays portfolio, identify how to tap into these trends to streamline performance, become market shapers, grow market share and outperform the competition, through the Pathology Lab Communities
• Around 30% travel will be required for this role.

Who You Are:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Science; advanced degrees (Masters, MBA, Medical Degree, or PhD) preferably with over 10 years of relevant work experience within the industry;
• Self-motivated, proactive, with proven analytical, problem-solving, and commercial acumen.
