About the Role:

The position is a research & data role supporting advertising sales at SPH Media.

• Serve as Consumer market research subject matter expert

· Drive and maintain the organisation’s Healthcare Control Library (HCL) programme for IT and Data- in coordination with key stakeholders across the various teams. Be the focal point for all HCL queries from internal & external stakeholders including internal audit.

· Work with senior management to prioritise the HCL development taking into consideration business needs and resource availability.

· Development and maintenance of control assurance framework with key stakeholders.

· Support the rollout and development of the Self-Identified Issues (SII) Programme including the review and reporting of SIIs.

Requirements

· University Degree or equivalent with major study in Computer Science/ Information technology.

· At least 7 to 10 years of working experience in the public sector or multinational corporation, with good knowledge of IT processes.

· Aptitude and experience in first, second or third lines of defense and familiar with enterprise risk management concepts including risk & control self-assessment and policy management.

· Candidates with CISA or CIA or CISM certifications would be advantageous.

About the Job

We are looking for a dynamic and forward looking professional who has a track record of building employee capability and engagement, full spectrum of HR admin management and improving processes.

Leading a team of 3, you would need build capability in your team and inspire others to improve the way we do things. A strong administrator yourself, you should have experience with improvement projects using approaches such as business process re-engineering, lean management or leveraging on IT to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Managing your team, your key responsibilities will include general admin to ensure excellent functioning of the CYG corporate support and the meeting of childrens homes licensing and funding requirements, employee engagement and organisational development, full suite of HR administration covering recruitment/retention, maintenance of employee records, supporting DHQ HR in payroll accuracy, talent management and staff development.

Details of key responsibilities are as follows:

1. Lead HR and admin team in a way where processes, admin and HR practices are effective, efficient and of high standards
2. Conduct regular reviews of SOPs and Admin processes to realise efficiency gains and improve effectiveness
3. Ensure that statutory, government and funding requirements of CYG and childrens homes are met for admin and HR.
4. Be a thought partner to the management team on HR and admin matters.
5. Oversee a full spectrum of HR admin including:
   • Support in manpower planning.
   • Recruitment and retention of talent to meet operational needs.
   • Employee relations including staff grievances and displinary issues.
   • Support DHQ in compensation and benefits matters including ensuring accuracy for payroll and benchmarking.
   • Capability development plan and execution.
   • Plan and facilitate appraisal processes
   • HR admin work such as records, reports and training administration.
6. Manage employee engagement and organisational development to enable a positive and conducive culture.
7. Ensure support for management meetings and timely preparation of statistics, reports and surveys.
8. Undertake assignments and projects as and when required.

• Degree in Human Resources Managemant, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
• Candidate must possess at least 5 - 10 years of similar working experience in a mid to large-size organization with a fast-paced environment.

General Summary of Responsibilities

Fully responsible for the day to day operations of the assigned condominium
Supervise and coordinate all maintenance and site staff / contractors assigned to the condominium.
Carry out all maintenance functions according to contractual requirements and/or government regulations.
Handles renewal of term contracts and maintenance of contractual records.
Establish and maintain good relationship with SPs and occupiers of the condominium

Prepare agenda and co-ordinate Council Meetings

Attend and record Minutes of Meetings at Council Meetings and Annual General Meetings
Ensure compliance with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA)

Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Building / Real Estate Management or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in property management is preferred.
Experience in MCST work and knowledge of BMSMA is an added advantage
