Job Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategies targeting Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, optimizing digital marketing campaigns and improving overall marketing performance to support business growth in the SMB vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
â—Ź Develop and Implement B2B Digital Marketing Strategy:
o Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans focusing on SMBs in Singapore.
o Create targeted campaigns across various digital channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Email marketing, etc.) to generate qualified leads.
o Collaborate with the SMB digital sales team to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
â—Ź Performance Marketing & Optimization:
o Manage paid media campaigns with a focus on performance, ROI, and lead acquisition.
o Conduct A/B testing to enhance campaign performance and improve conversion rates.
â—Ź Content Roadmap:
o Work closely with brand and marketing communications team to develop relevant content that resonates with the SMB audience.
o Develop a content roadmap and implement it across digital channels based on the content theme and roadmap.
â—Ź Data Analysis and Reporting:
o Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar) to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
o Prepare regular reports on KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI for senior management.
â—Ź Market Research & Trends:
o Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices within the SMB segment in Singapore.
â—Ź Collaboration & Leadership:
o Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors (if required) to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
â—Ź Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
â—Ź Proven experience working with SMBs in Singapore/Malaysia/Indonesia is a plus.
â—Ź Strong knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook), SEO, and content marketing.
â—Ź Proficient in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems.
â—Ź Excellent communication and project management skills.
â—Ź Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on metrics and ROI.
