You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and markets, and develop strategies to reach and engage them.
• Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Cold Leads to Warm Leads: Proficiently generate cold leads and convert them into warm leads through strategic follow-ups and engagement.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and challenges.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s network and business prospects.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status, and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

• Education: A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the media or creative industry.
• Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  Proficiency in generating cold leads and converting them into warm leads.
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Generate new businesses for preventive maintenance contract.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve set sales target.
• Understand market dynamics and customer needs.
• Manage customer accounts.
• Travel to meet up with customers.
• Plan and execute sales action plans to engage prospects & follow-up on prospects.
• Follow up activities to encourage timely closing of sales.
• Prepare costing, quotations to customers.
• Negotiate pricing with vendors.
• Coordinate with the technical team on fulfillment of sales contract secured.
• Follow through on internal processes to ensure smooth delivery to customers.
• Provide regular internal reports to superior to further enhance performance.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma holder in Business Studies/Marketing/M&E or IT related field.
• Min. 2 years' relevant sales experience in M&E environment.
• Competent in Microsoft Office
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Sales driven and self-motivated with a positive thinking
• Able to handle pressure and work independently
• Well groomed and presentable
• Articulate, good presentation skills
• Pleasant with good attitude and initiative
