Job Requirements

• Bachelors' or Master’s degree in electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Building Technology or equivalent.
• Proven track record in project management with a minimum of 5 -7 years of experience, specifically in BMS/HVAC projects involving Software IoT solutions.
• Able to manage full project cycle independently.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of IBMS, BMS, industrial automation, building ACMV systems.
• Knowledge of computer operating systems both hardware and software.

Role and Responsibilities:

• The Project Manager (PM) is overall responsible to manage the project team to meet or exceed customer contractual requirements for the delivery of the project.

• Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Manager will develop, update and maintain the project plan and schedule.
